Jack`s Pizza & Donair in Fredericton

If this is for the one on Belmont and w Washington st. The last time I went in there was a year ago no I don't recommend because on the box was mouse feces. I don't eat there. The people we're very nice it looked clean. Im sorry I Loved Jack's pizza. 😞

Childhood favorite and it's still around and still amazingly delicious! The area is a little shady and if you pick up an order after dark and park behind the building, it's best to be aware of your surroundings. However, that has no correlation with the quality and service you will receive at Jack's Pizza. This place is hands down better than the big name pizza places!

Jacks is simply the best pizza I’ve ever had in Indy, maybe the country... Ya know, some things just can’t be explained. Jacks is one of those places! You’ve got to try one, before you truly understand!Thanks Jacks!

Every weekend, including Friday, their credit card machine is not working...cash only orders. Big headache. Jacks pizza is the best. Unfortunately, lost my business due to inconvenience.

I tried to order from there last night, I live right down the street, it was a little more then an hour before closing, and the lady that answered the phone was rude, and refused my order n delivery, said it was too far, too late and she was short staffed! I will be filing a complaint!!!Wow! What kind of a business r u guys running anyway?! U r the rudest ppl I've ever met! U better believe u will hear about this one! To the little jerk who just hung up on me!!!!

Called to order pizza to support a small business gave them the address i am staying at then i got asked my intersections i was confused since i gave them my address i thought that would be enough but i explained I’m out of town and don’t know them was told to call back when i found out i told them it’s 2020 all you need to do is put the address in the gps then he gave me an attitude passed the phone to i believe the manager after i told her I’m across the children’s hospital in the Ronald mc Donald house she’s like well that’s better and then they put me on hold and never came back to me Extremely rude after i was just trying to support a local business

They hung up on me 4 times when all I was trying to do was pay for my order because they just assumed I was doing cash when I was doing a credit card to pay for the order. I thought that was rude disrespectful and inconsiderate and also very unprofessional.

Pizzas are always good wings are always well cooked but the delivery needs improvement like 1000%...

Very rude CSR called and was told not opened but it closes @ midnight and the time was only 10:30pm

My mother was getting pizza for my family and my father had suggested Jack's Pizza since he hasn't had any since.. the 90s. And my mother waited an half hour waiting for her food and it was already ready and then they finally called her food out. But my mother came home and the pizza was cold!

Love Jack's , I order once a week for me the wife and kids , they love it as much as I do. Jack's never disappoints. 😋

Horrible and rude customer service!!! Ordered a large with sausage amd bacon and not a single piece of bacon on my pizza, when i brought it back in to complain was told i cold take some cold bacon home and warm it up and add to my own pizza, there was hardly and sauce and crust tasted like cardboard. I dont recommend coming to this location ever!!!

The pizza was below average. The crust was just short of cardboard and there is no way it wasn’t frozen before going into the oven. Maybe it’s better if you eat it in the restaurant. With so many other great pizza places in town this is pretty far down the list. Even Hotbox smokes this simple attempt at pepperoni pizza.

This was my first time here and my last they are the rudest people I ever met and when I say it looked like somebody threw up on our pizza and the manger told me there was nothing he could do about it worst experience ever don’t even waist your time here

Very dissatisfied. First time ordering pizza for delivery. When I received it and opened it the pizza was folded in half. First time I've had that issue with any pizza place. I called back to inform them. They were obviously not going to do anything about it. I had wait 50 min for the pizza to be delivered and they wanted me to go and drop it off so they could remake it. I don't think so. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything in return but all they had were excuses. Never again ordering from this place.
